Charlie Rann

Last week Charlie Rann suffered a serious stroke. He is paralised down the right side of his body.
He is presently in the Allamanda Hospital, Spendlove St, Southport, Qld.

He is presently being fed by tubes into his stomach and it will be another couple of days before the medical staff can give us a clearer understanding of his prognosis.

He thought all his visitors (Gold Coast Vets) were from Canberra. We must still hold a special place in his memory.

And he holds a special place in my memory. When I started at the Vets throwing events, he mentored new people with tips and tricks on technique.

I sent some flowers yesterday via "Flowers of Southport", Internet Florist. They are located over the road from the hospital. phone 07 5531 0088.

I rang the hospital firstly and Charlie is in Binnaburra Ward. They helped me with the florist, which is just over the road from the hospital.
