BBQ Stakes 6 th November 2013

Today saw Martin Boyd  as the 60,000th finisher of the BBQ Stakes.

Gabrielle Wright received her 400th run T-Shirt, well done Gabrielle.

Earlier this year the times for starting were changed by 10 minutes to allow people like Gabrielle a chance to have a win, she has not yet won, but now leads the women in the number of runs completed.  The teams event today was taken out by the Others, being Mark Sparshott, Roger Pilkington and Sandy Sp.

Ben Reay was ninth across the line, just after Terry Levings who was in eighth place.  50 or so runners today.  Alison Haile was the timekeeper.

Peter Foster was very late to the starting grid, but still had a run, and of course, finished last.  Well done Peter.
