Last night’s track

The highlight was when Thea took the baton in the 4 x 800m relay then handed it back, ten metres further along.

 The previous runner had only run 400m!

Also, this track meet was Tony Booth's last before he departs Canberra in a few week's time.

Some 20 years ago, Tony Booth attended to my Blood Clotting problems, I was a constant visitor to his practice.  Now 20 years later, I still suffer from blood clotting, and Dr Ooi, who first recognised my blood clotting problems,  has moved on from the Woden Health Clinic.
