Trick-or-Treat

I thought that the days of this event were numbered some years past.

However the day was resurrected in our street this year.

Kids were walking the street looking for houses which had been decorated with balloons streamers, skeletons, bats, the streamers would not have worked well in the rain.

However the kids were well dressed to reflect the halloween theme, and roamed up and down the street, the young ones accompanied by their parents, ot an appropriate adult.

I'm sure they had a good time, getting their treats, and treating themselves later.

The street knocking finished just after 8 o'clock, but the partying went on until theungodly hour of 3 o'Clock (am).

Everybody had a good time, and judging by that, the event will again be organised next year.

Thank God for the demise of the VuvaZella though, there were none around that I heard, although I believe they were being sold at an event in Australia recently.
