Goings on at IP Australia, Canberra Road Running Festival..

Have recently caught up with some of the people who worked in or are still working at IP Australia, they have told stories of some of the goings on and new sections that have been created.

I regularly hear stories from those who run in the BBQ Stakes, and IP Australia have a team in the event.

Some of the stories are for my ears alone, and others in the know, would realise that the stories are coloured according to the person telling the story, but isn't that the way.

The BBQ Stakes was on today and next Wednesday, is the teams event, no doubt more stories will be told.

The morning was spent in updating the ACTVAC Website calendar, before sending it to the webmaster for posting to the website.

The essential update was to inform members that under the banner of The Canberra Running Festival the ACTCCC has brought together all its runs in 2010. The Canberra Running Festival will incorporate a marathon, Ultra Marathon 50K and the 41st Rex Foulkes Half Marathon. Entries for the Canberra Road Running Festival at the non late fee, close on 16th April.
