This year I did not participate.

T'was a shame not to see you at the CTFR, this must be one of the few times you haven't competed...
The rain wasn't so bad; however, the wind was terrible.
See you soon at the AIS ~ Track season is just around the corner.

I think the $70 fine is just scare tactics - test them out ;)
