Kerrie Tanner posted --this weeks winner was Dan Buckley, 
followed by Brenden  Boyd and  Eddie Adams.

A  good turn out for what didn't look like very good conditions but lots of new handicaps next week.

Dan Buckley thinks he rolled onto a new P.B.  He will check his notes at home. He has 10 wins and a P.B. of 36:27 from August 2008.


Eddie Adams was given his T-Shirt for 200 runs. Today he came in third place.

Alex is now on 98 runs.

Kerrie Tanner now has her new dog, christened "RIPPLE"  just  about 10 weeks old.

Roxie will learn what it is like to have a new pal in the house.

BBQ Stakes Additional information.

Marc Wilson is the latest recipient of an 800 event T-Shirt.

His best time was 28:17 from 1994 and has 12 wins to his credit.

Terry Dixon - his mother in law recently passed away.

The story is that Terry is to vacate his post as Handicap processor. 

Andrew Blyton is to fill the vacant position. Andrew has some experience in processing BBQ stakes results.

Recent run, Steven Murphy was the winner at 49:38 he has 123 wins this is his third win,  second ?? crossed the line at 49:54, and Heather Powrie was third across at 49:54.  Leah Afiabo ran a recent PB .

Jen Bright ran the Canberra half marathon in 89:43, and Kim Chisholm finished in 89:45.

Richard Juckes ran The North Face 50 in a little over 6 hours his partner also ran the event, and Tim Craig, finished in under 7 hours, Tim has had crook legs for some time and probably needs knee replacement surgery.

Andrew Matthews was the winner today, over the line at 49:32, and somewhat surprised with his win.
He has 120 runs under his belt and trains with Speedygeoff.

His best is 26:16, ran on 27th August 1992, his previous win was 9th Nov 2011.

Second was Geoff King and Eddie Adams was third.

IP Australia won the teams event, Jen Bright filled in for Bob Harlow with the timekeeping, and will give Bob's Voucher to him early next week.Lloyd Donnelly signed in afterwards and Kathleen Bleakley was last to finish, adding that she is heading to other pastures for her running.

Doug Fry ran early with a time of 70:28, a good run in the cold conditions.

Geoff Hawke ran after his bike stack, a few weeks previously, and the acarring from the crash is clearly evident.
