Mt Ainslie Run Up 2nd August 2011
A big roll up for today, with about 25 (a rough count with all the starters milling about) meeting the starter, John Harding.
Mention was made of Louise Sharp who won the Bush Capital Marathon in 3:55 on the weekend.
Rad did the 16km run on the weekend, and yet did 24:18 in the run up.
Pam Muston was back from her Death Valley run, she indicated she wore a T-Shirt which indicated she was from Australia. 217 km in 39th place, 37:49:12.
For her legion of fans, she should be at this week's Customs Joggers run on Friday.
Friar did a walk/jog part way up the walking track and return.
