ACT runners and others may be interested in the Selection Criteria for the Australian Cross Country Champs in Canberra on 20 August.

The criteria can be found on the Athletics ACT website in the section on the championships under "Upcoming Events"

Importantly, nominations should be emailed to one of the selectors (Ian Boyd (boydfamily@netspeed .com.au) or Paul Torley (ptorley@tpg. com.au) before 5.00 pm 22 July - Friday of this week!
