Growing Old Gracefully
I was wondering whether this expression applies equally to Males and Females, or whether there are separate expressions for Males and Females.
A search by Google didn't throw any answers my way.
So I tried a search on

Friar was born on 13th February 1939 at about 4 am on a monday, in Ballarat Victoria.
Thus today is his 70 th Anniversary.
He moved around Victoria, following his father, who was a teacher and thus had numerous moves. His mother sacrificed her teaching career to bring up 4 sons.
Happy Birthday! - we missed you at Customs but ate your cake anyway!!
I heard the cake was delicious, and enjoyed by all. Thanks to Mike for obtaining it.
He has skills in that areea, catering at the point score presentations, and bringing drinks on hot days.
