A Few Runs More
This week is looming as a good weather week, and a good running week.
Tuesday at Lake Tuggeranong Handicap, Wednesday at BBQ Stakes, Friday at Customs Joggers.
Good weather is supposed to be 14 degrees or more most days, and Sunny with the usual cold starts.
Results from the events at Deeks Forest Park on 5th August have just been e-mailed to The Canberra Times. Hope they publish them tomorrow.
Pointscore results still have to be done.
They must wait, for on this great day, on which I can see the sunshine through the window, I've just gotta go for a run.
Fuelled by bananas for energy.

Good to see you yesterday, Friar.
Dare I ask how many bananas?? They are like gold dust at the moment - not so much the price as finding the perfect banana!
In this cool weather, bananas don't go off like they did in the Hotter Weather.
It's good to buy them almost freely now, with the price much lower.
And my comment window doesn't pop up any more.
It's a normal window, like I had before.
So much time spent on running and running related matters that these unimportant details tend to take a back seat.
Like yesterday, went to the bank and afterwards, has a good look at lots of newer style running shoes, must have taken a couple of hours just looking at the shoes.
