Rivett Shopping Centre

We, me and my wife, took a walk to the Rivett Shopping Centre today, and return.

The rain had finished yesterday morning, and the intention was to go in the afternoon, and then more rain came dawn.

Paid the Paper Account, bought some stamps, only had one left, and paid the telephone account as well. This account had just been delivered in our mail box this morning.

Beats having to pay by letter, with a stamp on the front, and a cheque enclosed. There are so many options for paying bills these days, still including cash.

Rivett shopping centre was very quiet, as usual, with me, the only customer in the newspaper shop. We have been using that newsagent for about 40 years now, and only one change of owner. When we go on holidays, they keep all the papers in the shop, and deliver them when we return from holiday.

Will be at the BBQ Stakes tomorrow, and browsing around Woden shopping centre.

Have to go to the ACT Shopfront to pay for Car Registration, soon due. And to receive the new registration label.
